I can not say enough positive things about Sarah. Of the thousands of people I have had the privilege to employ, she accomplished more with less than anyone else, always positive, smiling and no goal was above her reach. Write it on the whiteboard, and she crushed it, every time. for example, our BHAG at Helmets to Hardhats was to have President of the United States to mention us at the State of the Union Speech... her work directly led to that becoming a reality. She helped Helmets to Hardhats get over 750M mass media impressions in the first year and organized and supervised over 40+ events with over 100 politicians around the country. Not just any politicians mind you, 20 US Senators including Ted Kennedy, John Kerry, John McCain and some dude named Senator Obama who also appeared on a CBS news story about our charity. It was directly due to her efforts that the Hire a Hero Law was later signed by then President Obama. Her positive attitude and professionalism makes her an ideal co-worker. She builds and nurtures relationships, I know she is still in touch with every person she worked with at H2H. She also led the PR efforts for another, not for profit I founded called Hire A Hero. She somehow got even better. The publicity she personally and single-handedly manifested helped over 100,000 military people find meaningful employment... 100,000! She is a gem and she is the first person I call when I need PR, still to this day. She is a professional and frankly does not charge anywhere near what she should for consulting she has been doing as she focused on raising her two beautiful girls. I owe my greatest success directly to the work Sarah executed so brilliantly. If you need help in PR/ Communications/ Marketing, HIRE HER, if you are lucky enough to have the chance. Simply the best, in a league all her own. 

Sarah Hayes has been the critical key to launching our business. Starting in December, Sarah created a buzz that (two months later) has yielded over 13 Google pages of listings of publications and blogs that have mentioned our business, posted our press release or written stories about our gallery. Sarah has worked for Silverwood Productions on several projects and we look forward to working with her more!
